The fit is decent, very low top - the color in person is a little washed out, which you can see in the pictures. It's just that you don't realize how desaturated the color is until you're wearing them and that isn't necessarily a bad thing it's just something I didn't think about until I saw them in person - I actually think I prefer it. I'd love them if they were just a tad darker and more "true" red but that is my preference not the fault of the product.

I hadn't worn a pair of Chuck Taylor's for over 40 years and bought them for old times sake. Wow! They handle an orthotic very well and are surprisingly comfortable. They've become my shoe of choice and I wear them most of the time now. It's also great to be able to throw them in the wash with the clothes.

My grandson loves these great-looking sneakers. They’re comfortable and mold to the foot, and are perfect for hiking - and just lounging around. I purchased these for my man he normally wears a 12 which is what I ordered they fit better with thin socks or no socks at all. He would had prefer a 13 but decided to keep these.He really likes them they just run small so I would order a size up
