On the heels of a successful decade of Reebok tennis in the 1980s, Reebok remained committed to the sport throughout the 1990s. Based on its highly successful release of the The Pump the year prior, Reebok would expand the groundbreaking custom-fit technology into additional sport categories such as tennis, going forward. Reebok Court Victory Pump’s legendary grand-slam endorsement in 1989 and successful commercial release the following season would further solidify Pump technology’s mark in sneaker history. Michael Chang famously endorsed the Court Victory Pump back in 1989, further solidifying its place in sneaker history. Today, the shoe remains one of the most important in Reebok’s storied archive.
Returning for the first time since 2017, the 2024 version of the Reebok Court Victory Pump is as close as possible to its OG predecessors. Key design elements include the OG 1990 color palette, the custom-fit Pump bladder with unique tennis Pump ball tongue, the proprietary wavy checkerboard graphic on the heel and lining, the “REEBOK TENNIS” embroidered tongue graphic, Hexalite cushioning graphic callout on heel and the TPU accent detail on lateral side.

I really liked this shoe. It was comfortable and looked nice, but basically broke down within a year. I wore them out to a casual rehearsal dinner BBQ, and they got muddy, it was the final kick in the butt I needed to throw away broken shoes, despite only being 1 year old

These are great shoes. My wife gets the ghost series, but using the Brooks website, I was able to determine that this is the best series for myself. My wife and I like to walk, after my knee replacement surgery, I need a good shoe to avoid ever having to go through that again. These are great.

The shoes look and feel well made. A plus considering the price. The hook-and-loop fastener makes the shoes easy to put on and take off. There is not a lot of support for the arch of the foot, so I sometimes use an insert for extra support.
