My daughter loves these shoes. They fit perfectly (i think I ordered a 1/2 size up) They have many light patterns. My grown sister loves them too, lol. They aren't cheaply made either. They style looks expensive. i WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

Fit and finish are good, these are a solid comfortable pair of well-made shoes. The quality I've come to expect from Rockport. So why only four stars? The styling, the look, still doesn't quite sit right for me. Not a hiking show, not a dress shoe, not a cool looking casual with jeans shoe. It's a strange middle ground. I somehow thought they'd look better than the pictures, that they'd be good for walking to park, but something about the look doesn't work. For me.

It's a fine pair of shoes that will no doubt last a long time. If you like the look, they will serve you well.

I initially bought these for a trip involving long walks over hilly, cobblestone streets. They held up very well (and thanks to these shoes, so did I). There was very little evidence of wear, and they are still in great condition. I will continue to wear them as good casual walking shoes. I indicated that the shoes fit "as expected," but I should add that I usually wore them with heavy socks. Had I been wearing thin socks, I would consider them "somewhat wide," but still a good, comfortable shoe.

I have never mail-ordered shoes before but my son loves his Van's. He found the style that he liked on Amazon and then ordered one shoe size larger than the ones that fit now. And it seems to have worked out perfectly, he is set, in the shoe department, all ready for his start as a freshman next month!!!!

Bought these for my fiancé to propose. I had problems the first time I ordered because they allowed me to place the order but the original shoe size was not in stock. I ended up ordering a 9.5 instead of 9 and my fiancé says they fit perfectly and that the 9 may have been too small since they are a snug fit.

Customer service was also patient with me cancelling and reordering the shoes.

I returned the 1st pair I bought as my ties were right at the tip of the shoe-bought a larger size and it still squeezes my toes. I wonder if I was sent a women’s size 8 vs men’s. I won’t order Pumas from Amazon again although I’ve ordered before with no problem. I can’t return as I’ve been wearing the shoes. I was hopeful they just needed breaking in.

I can see why this shoe is the price that it is. For one its amazingly durable, I walk on sharp rocks where Timberlands have gotten torn the first week i had it. I tripped over a nail sticking out of the deck at night. I though my shoe would of been ruin, torn, or at least a noticeable mark on the shoe. As of my surprise it looked like nothing happen. The shoe is very well made with quality material. I'm a size 9 but i wish i would of order the 8-8.5 size. This is a european company. They cater more in the european size. I would get a size smaller. I can't wait to get another ecco but the next time around it will be 8-8.5 size.
