These shoes are carefully packaged for shipping. Each shoe is individually wrapped to hinder any marring or scuffing. The first thing we noticed when we lifted the lid, was the smell of leather. It reminded us of the days when every shoe had that genuine smell. These shoes fit the bill for that casual but dressy occasions. The fit is very comfortable and true to size. Everything appears to be very well made. The craftsmanship is impeccable.

The only feature left to evaluate is how they feel on my feet awhile down the road. At present, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to others. Unfortunately for me Sperry doesn't make men's size 12.5 sneakers. But fortunately I could buy size 13 and use sole inserts to attain a great fit. These sneakers in black are understated cool. Not "athletic" looking but still casual. Great price too!
