Months later I still love my two pairs of these shoes. (I have one pair that are smaller that I use for general around town wear, and a 1/2 size larger I use for longer walks) I often put them on when I get home from a long hike/walk and they are very comfortable to spend the rest of the day in because of the way they spread your toes out. They are great for walking on rocks because the 'blocks' on the bottom stick like glue. But wet they are very slippery. And it takes a while for them to dry out. The sole is about worn out on one of my pairs but there are no holes anywhere in the shoe, not even between the toes where the material seems very thin. My longest walk in them has been 10 miles on a paved bike trail.
I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars for having performed so well over the long run.

We bought these shoes for our 13 year old son. As my wife wears a similar shoe size, she tried them on as well. First of all, these look super stylish. What we like most is that they are slip ons so even though they have lace ups for tightening/loosening, they are easy to get on and off (which is crucial for our son to get out the door as he moves slower than molasses). Anyway, both my wife and my son say the soles make them feel like they are walking on marshmallows. They are light weight and super comfortable and thus, perfect for walking. While they haven't yet been tested on a run, my wife (who is a marathon runner) suspects that these shoes do not have enough support for serious runs. However, for long walks and general athletic activities, they should be more than adequate. We highly recommend these shoes based on appearance and comfort.

If you’re looking for an extra wide shoe this is it. Easy slip on elastic fabric let’s your foot in and keeps it in without worrying you’ll walk out of it. True to size heel to toe. Love the width for my pancake feet. Very cushiony like walking on a mattress. Hopefully it will last. As a slip on, the fabric is very breathable which helps keep my feet cool or at least not as hot and sweaty as a traditional sneaker. Very happy with my purchase.
