King’s Day is a national holiday in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Celebrated on April 27th, the date marks the birth of King Willem-Alexander. When the Dutch monarch is female, the holiday is known as Koninginnedag or Queen’s Day. This tradition features a nationwide vrijmarkt, or “free market,” where locals sell used items. My husband loves these shoes. They are well made and comfortable. However, the fit is about 1/2 size smaller than the chart suggests. They are also a narrow width for a "D". You might want to consider a "E" width.

Very happy with the product now that I have replaced the insole with one that adds to the arch support. the insole has also improved the fit which was a little loose. Easy shoe to wear.. comfortable and light weight. I did reverse the shoe lace coming through the top eye .. comes in from below the eye instead of going through the eye from the top of the eye. Not sure how that might have impacted the fit but it does make it easier to get in and out of the shoe. For me .. being able to remove the insole and replace it with one providing more arch support and cushioning has made a big difference.
NEW DEVELOPMENT .. after less than two months of not very frequent use the thin dark grey outer sole(that part that hits the ground) has worn off. Did not realize that the surface that hits the ground was so thin and quick to disappear. This new development has changed my evaluation of these shoes. So .. shoe fits, feels good and looks nice but disappoints when it comes to being worth the money.

I typically wear a wide shoe and this one's advertised as a medium width so I knew the risk I was taking... Sure enough- if you have a wide foot, do not order these. That being said they do fit, just too snug for me. I did test them though and they're very comfortable to walk in and they are extremely lightweight. Highly recommend them if you have a normal to slimmer foot!

Very comfortable shoe. Only thing is the inside leaves some black marks on my socks. Not a big deal, it is just strange that something is rubbing off inside.

I ordered this item via Amazon Online and received it without any delays or problems. The shoes felt great on my feet right out of the box at a most reasonable price! I wear them daily and cherish the comfort and traction. I have had problems with my feet aching before this pair of shoes but now I walk around without any discomfort. The only feature left to evaluate is how they feel on my feet awhile down the road. At present, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to others. This is my true story and I'm sticking to it for now! LOL

These sneakers are very comfortable and very lightweight. That said they're flimsy. Made of VERY thin materials. The tongue is so thin and floppy you can forget about ever keeping your shoes tied to slide them on and off. You will need to tie these sneakers every single time you put them on. I have a bad back so this was a downfall to these sneakers for me. Also, I have exclusively worn Nike for probably 30 yrs at least... this is the 1st pair I've ever owned that I don't feel will outlast Nikes warranty but maybe they will surprise me and hold up to wear. I've been wearing them a few months now and so far so good.
