Back in 2008 Nike dropped the Nike Air Max 1 Keep Rippin Stop Slippin. The shoe was part of Nike’s “Greatest Hits” pack that also included the Nike Air Stab “Runnin’ Gunnin,” and the Nike Air Max 90 “King of the Mountain.” For 2023, Nike will be releasing a new iteration of that release dubbed the Nike Air Max 1 Keep Rippin Stop Slippin 2.0.

Dressed in a Light Iron Ore, Total Orange, Flat Pewter, Summit White, and Kumquat color scheme, this 2.0 rendition of the Nike Air Max 1 Keep Rippin Stop Slippin comes dressed in a Vast Grey mesh paired up with pearlescent White leather overlays on the vamp, midfoot, and heel. Elsewhere you will find Black accents on the laces as well as on the plush suede hits throughout the upper. Adding some color to the design are the Red-Cedar hits covering the mini Swoosh on the mudguard, sockliner, and the “Keep Rip’n Stop Slip’n” embroidery on the heel. Lastly, the sneaker is given a White midsole with a Black and Cedar rubber outsole.
