My feet are swollen due to edema and my right foot requires size 14WWW in men's even though my left foot is only a 12W. I am a woman, they dont make women's sneakers in my size so I have no choice. But they fit the right foot perfect though.

It is important to purchase ankle socks this way it looks like he's wearing his shoes without socks. As a bonus, he doesn't look like an old man and the young boys body with white crew socks covering his ankles and he gets to be a little bit of a skater/rebel.
